How do you calculate liquor cost?

To calculate liquor cost for:

  • For a single serve, the liquor cost is the cost of the bottle x the quantity of the pour.
  • For a cocktail, the liquor cost is calculated by adding together the cost of goods sold, aka the sum of the component ingredients in the cocktail.
